Reference
Coated C1S and C2S for print, uncoated and kraft for a natural hand, greyboard for rigid construction, plus metallic, holographic and pearlescent boards.
E-flute at about 1.6 mm and B-flute at about 3 mm for mailers and shippers; F-flute under 1 mm for the liner inserts that sit inside them.
Offset CMYK and Pantone spot colours. Lamination, varnish, foil, emboss, deboss and spot UV are all run in house.
Illustrator files with text outlined and colours in CMYK or Pantone. Foil lines from 0.5 mm, spot UV from 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.
Our pressroom is G7 Master Facility qualified. Pantone books shift between editions and paper changes how ink sits, so we match to an agreed printed reference rather than to a book alone.
Nine constructions, from a slot cut into the carton itself through corrugated liners, cut-outs, vacuum-formed trays, foam and moulded pulp.
