Tissue Paper

The layer before the product.

Custom printed tissue, white kraft and vellum for the inside of a box or bag. A logo repeat in one or two Pantone colours, or a full-colour print. Sheets are cut to your box or bag size, and the sizing guide below shows how to choose it. Stickers and labels for the same job can be printed from the same artwork.

Suggested MOQ 3,000 sheets+iWhy we suggest a minimum. Most of a print job's cost is spent before the first piece exists — the cutting die, printing plates, press make-ready and colour matching, and setup on each finishing and gluing line. Those costs are the same whether you run 1,000 pieces or 50,000, so on a short run each piece carries a far larger share of them. Above the suggested quantity the setup is spread thinly enough that your unit price is driven by material and run speed instead. We do produce smaller runs — the price per piece is simply higher.Samples 14–17 daysProduction 14–21 daysDDP to your door

Printing on tissue

  • Print. One or two Pantone spot colours, or CMYK for full-colour artwork. Pantone references for tissue are taken from the uncoated book.
  • Popular finishes. One or two colour print on white or coloured tissue, metallic ink, and all-over logo patterns.
  • Acid-free tissue. Best for silk, delicate fabrics and items stored long term.
  • Format. Cut sheets sized to your box or bag, or rolls.
  • Matching stickers and labels. Printed from the same artwork, on the same job.

How it works

From spec to your door.

Spec, dieline & structure sample1–7 days

Share your product; we engineer the structure, with in-house lab testing.

Pre-production sample14–17 days

Printed samples for your approval — the same quality as the bulk run.

Production & quality control14–21 days

Produced in our own facilities, with quality control at every step.

Shipping

Any method — air or ocean — on any terms (EXW, FOB, DDP), to any location.

Nothing runs without your written approval. A printed sample is in your hands before production — colour, finish and structure verified, not promised.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What should my artwork look like?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.

Can you design the structure for me?

Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.

What if I need fewer than the minimum?

Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.

How is pricing quoted?

One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.

Ready to spec your tissue paper?

Send your inquiry — dimensions, quantity, and where it's going. We reply within one business day.
