Corrugated & Mailer Boxes

Printed inside and out.

Corrugated mailers and shippers cut to your product, printed on kraft or white liner, inside and out. Both of our own facilities run them, from 3,000 pieces.

Suggested MOQ 3,000 pcs+iWhy we suggest a minimum. Most of a print job's cost is spent before the first piece exists — the cutting die, printing plates, press make-ready and colour matching, and setup on each finishing and gluing line. Those costs are the same whether you run 1,000 pieces or 50,000, so on a short run each piece carries a far larger share of them. Above the suggested quantity the setup is spread thinly enough that your unit price is driven by material and run speed instead. We do produce smaller runs — the price per piece is simply higher.Samples 14–17 daysProduction 17–21 daysDDP to your door

What we can build

Format, board, print — your call.

Start with the format and the size of your product. Then choose the board, the liner and how much of the box carries print. A mailer can also be engineered the way we engineer a PR box, with an insert designed around your products. The mailers with inserts show some of the options.

Roll-end tuck-front mailer
01
Roll-end tuck-front mailer

The standard e-commerce mailer. The lid rolls over and tucks into the front, so it closes without tape or glue.

Roll-end mailer with lock tabs
02
Roll-end mailer with lock tabs

The same body with side tabs that lock into the front panel. For heavier products.

Tear-strip mailer
03
Tear-strip mailer

Opens along a perforated pull strip, so the customer needs no knife.

Regular slotted shipper
04
Regular slotted shipper

The outer carton. Four flaps meet at the top and tape shut. It takes the same print as the mailers, inside and out.

Tuck-top carton with lock bottom
05
Tuck-top carton with lock bottom

A carton that folds up by hand. The base locks itself and the lid tucks in at the front.

Mailer with molded plastic insert
06
Mailer with molded plastic insert

A formed plastic tray with a cavity shaped to each product, so nothing shifts in transit.

Mailer with paper cutout insert
07
Mailer with paper cutout insert

A die-cut paper insert with an opening cut to the outline of each product.

2-level paper tray
08
2-level paper tray

A paper tray built on two levels, so every product shows when the lid opens.

Paper pulp insert
09
Paper pulp insert

A molded pulp insert holds one boxed product in the middle. The lid closes with a peel-and-seal strip.

Foam insert
10
Foam insert

Egg-crate foam lines the tray and cushions the product.

Surface paper and coating

Coated paper Matte lamination

White coated liner. It takes every lamination, varnish and finish.A matte film over the print, with a flat, low-glare surface.

How it works

From spec to your door.

Spec, dieline & structure sample1–7 days

Share your product; we engineer the structure, with in-house lab testing.

Pre-production sample14–17 days

Printed samples for your approval — the same quality as the bulk run.

Production & quality control17–21 days

Produced in our own facilities, with quality control at every step.

Shipping

Any method — air or ocean — on any terms (EXW, FOB, DDP), to any location.

Nothing runs without your written approval. A printed sample is in your hands before production — colour, finish and structure verified, not promised.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What should my artwork look like?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.

Can you design the structure for me?

Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.

What if I need fewer than the minimum?

Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.

How is pricing quoted?

One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.

Ready to spec your mailer?

Send your inquiry — dimensions, quantity, and where it's going. We reply within one business day.
