Above the suggested quantity the setup is spread thinly enough that your unit price is driven by material and run speed instead. Envelope and Card

A printed card with a matching envelope, sized to each other and finished as a set.

Accordion Card

A card folded in a zig-zag that opens panel by panel, with room for instructions, diagrams or a short brand story.

Folded Cards Packs

A folded pocket that holds a set of cards together, with a shaped flap that keeps them in place.

Card and Sleeve

A sleeve that holds a card, with a thumb cut to pull it out or a die-cut window that shows it. Printed inside and out.

Window Sleeve

A die-cut window shows the card inside, and the card slides out of the top.

Slide-out Sleeve

A slim pocket with a thumb slot, so the card pulls up and out.

Scratch Card

A printed card with a silver scratch-off panel over a hidden message or code, for promotions and gifts with purchase.

Product-window Leaflet

A folded leaflet with a window cut in the shape of the product.

Irregular Shapes

Cards cut to any outline, with windows cut through wherever the design needs them.

Vellum overlays

Translucent vellum, printed on its own or laid over a printed card, so whatever sits behind shows softly through.

Before you ask.

What should my artwork look like?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.

Can you design the structure for me?

Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.

What if I need fewer than the minimum?

Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.

How is pricing quoted?

One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.
