Mylar Bags

Sized to the product and printed on every side.

Stand-up, flat, shaped, spout and coffee pouches in PET, metallic, holographic and aluminium films or kraft paper, printed on every side. Each one is sized to the product going into it, and a printed sample is in your hands before the run starts.

Suggested MOQ 10,000 pcs+iWhy we suggest a minimum. Most of a print job's cost is spent before the first piece exists — the cutting die, printing plates, press make-ready and colour matching, and setup on each finishing and gluing line. Those costs are the same whether you run 1,000 pieces or 50,000, so on a short run each piece carries a far larger share of them. Above the suggested quantity the setup is spread thinly enough that your unit price is driven by material and run speed instead. We do produce smaller runs — the price per piece is simply higher.Samples 14–17 daysProduction 17–24 daysDDP to your door

What we can build

Five formats, cut to what goes in them.

Choose the format first, then the material, the closure and the structure. Sizes are cut to the product rather than picked from a chart: tell us the fill weight or the item and we size the pouch from there.

Stand-up pouch
01
Stand-up pouch

A bottom gusset so it stands on the shelf, a press-zip under the top seal, tear notches and a hang hole where you want them. Front, back and gusset all print.

Flat pouch / sachet
02
Flat pouch / sachet

Heat-sealed on every edge with no zip. The cost-effective format for sheet masks, single doses and samples.

Shaped pouch: BottleShaped pouch: CircleShaped pouch: Rocket
Bottle
03
Shaped pouch

Die-cut to an outline instead of a rectangle: a bottle, a circle, a rocket. Same films and closures, cut to your artwork.

Pouch with bottle cap
04
Pouch with bottle cap

A stand-up pouch with a screw-cap spout, for liquids, gels and refills.

Coffee pouch
05
Coffee pouch

A flat-bottom pouch with side gussets and a one-way degassing valve, for coffee beans and ground coffee.

Material

Bio-degradable options are on the current range. Tell us the product and we'll say which apply.

Sizes

No fixed size chart. Pouches are cut to the product: give us the fill weight or the item's dimensions and we size the format around it, and the printed sample confirms the fit.

Print

CMYK and Pantone, printed by rotogravure on every side: front, back and gusset. Back-panel text and barcodes print in the same run.

How it works

From spec to your door.

Spec, dieline & structure sample1–7 days

Share your product; we engineer the structure, with in-house lab testing.

Pre-production sample14–17 days

Printed samples for your approval — the same quality as the bulk run.

Production & quality control17–24 days

Produced in our own facilities, with quality control at every step.

Shipping

Any method — air or ocean — on any terms (EXW, FOB, DDP), to any location.

Nothing runs without your written approval. A printed sample is in your hands before production — colour, finish and structure verified, not promised.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What should my artwork look like?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.

Can you design the structure for me?

Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.

What if I need fewer than the minimum?

Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.

How is pricing quoted?

One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.

Ready to spec your pouch?

Send your inquiry — dimensions, quantity, and where it's going. We reply within one business day.
