We print and die-cut hangtags, swing tickets and header cards in our own facility in Vietnam, with the strings, eyelets and pins that attach them. Patches, seal tags and other trims are made on the same site, so a tag, a label and a patch can be matched as one set.

Most of a print job's cost is spent before the first piece exists — the cutting die, printing plates, press make-ready and colour matching, and setup on each finishing and gluing line. Those costs are the same whether you run 1,000 pieces or 50,000, so on a short run each piece carries a far larger share of them. Above the suggested quantity the setup is spread thinly enough that your unit price is driven by material and run speed instead. What we can build

Any size, shape or material, as one piece or a set.

The four types below are the ones we make most often. They aren't a fixed list. A tag or header card can be cut to any outline and printed on any board or film listed below, as a single piece or a set of several pieces on one string. Tell us about the product and how the tag should attach, and we'll suggest the board, the attachment and the finish. Garment labels, patches and trims have their own pages and are made alongside these.

Garment hangtags

Printed board tags, die-cut to shape, with a string or a safety pin through an eyelet or punched hole. One tag, or a set on one string.

Accessory & header cards

Backing cards for hair accessories, jewellery and licensed goods. Slotted or punched to hold the product, with a hang hole for the peg.

Sleeve & lanyard tags

A printed card, or a set of cards, in a clear PVC sleeve on a cord or a lanyard.

Board hangers & collar supports

Die-cut board hangers for hung accessories, and printed collar supports that hold a folded shirt's collar in shape.

Before you ask.

What should my artwork look like?

Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.

Can you design the structure for me?

Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.

What if I need fewer than the minimum?

Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.

How is pricing quoted?

One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.
