Printed mailer bags for products that don't need a box.
Padded mailers in white or metallic film, including a metallic zip-top pouch, paper padded mailers, and flat PE mailers for goods that need no cushioning. Each is printed with your artwork, closed with a peel-and-seal strip or a zip, and sized to the product going inside.

Four mailer formats, sized to what goes in them.
Start with the format, then the size of the product going in. Film colour, print coverage and closure follow from there.
Plastic (PET) padded mailer with a bubble lining, in white or black film, printed in one or two spot colours.
Metallised film padded mailer with a bubble lining, in silver, gunmetal or rose gold. Also made as a zip-top pouch.
Paper outer with a paper cushioning layer in place of bubble film.
A flexible PE film that is hard to tear. The standard mailing bag: light, with no cushioning, closed with a fold-over flap and a peel-and-seal strip.

Common questions
Before you ask.
What should my artwork look like?
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.
Can you design the structure for me?
Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.
What if I need fewer than the minimum?
Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.
How is pricing quoted?
One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.
