Every insert here is tooled to your product, not adapted from a stock tray. The right one depends on weight, fragility and how much of the product you want seen. Send the product and we will tell you which protects it for the least money.
A slot cut into the carton itself holds the product — no separate part to buy or fit.
Corrugated collar for tubes, jars and bottles. The workhorse for cosmetics and skincare.
Folds flat, so it ships and stores in almost no space. Lighter protection in exchange — not the one for heavy or delicate products.
Built rather than folded, so it does not collapse flat. Fully paper, with a dedicated slot shaped for every product in the set.
Low cost and durable, with good protection for heavier products.
Moulded from recycled pulp. Natural finish, excellent bracing and cushioning.
Dense foam cut to the product. Holds position through the whole fulfilment process.

Common questions
Before you ask.
What should my artwork look like?
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) with text outlined, colours in CMYK or Pantone (no RGB). Foil lines minimum 0.5 mm, spot UV minimum 0.75 mm. We preflight every file and send a digital proof before sampling.
Can you design the structure for me?
Yes — structural engineering is in-house. Send your product's dimensions (or the product itself) and we design the dieline, then CNC-cut a plain prototype in 3–7 days so you can hold the shape before anything prints.
What if I need fewer than the minimum?
Talk to us — smaller runs are possible for some specifications, and our development bundles are designed for brands starting out.
How is pricing quoted?
One transparent quote covering materials, printing, finishing and shipping on your chosen terms — typically with 3–6 quantity breaks so you can see how unit cost moves with volume.
