What we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Skillful Printing (恆毅印刷) makes custom packaging and printed products. Our Hong Kong office is at Room 207, 2/F, Golden Industrial Building, 16–26 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, N.T., Hong Kong.
For anything about your details, email general@skillfulprinting.com.
When you send a form (quote, contact, call request, or an S Portal account request): your name, work email and phone, your company and brand, any addresses you give us, and what you tell us about your project.
When you use Ask a question (our assistant, Xia): the messages you type, the page you started on, and the country your connection comes from. If you give Xia your name and email, we keep those too.
When you ask for an S Portal account: your email address, and a one-time code we email you to check the address is yours. We keep the code only in a scrambled form, and it stops working after 10 minutes.
To stop abuse of the forms and the assistant, we keep a scrambled form of your internet address for about an hour. Our website host also keeps standard server logs.
We don't sell your details, and we don't use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie notice: it tells us which pages are visited and how people find this site, and it sets cookies in your browser to do that. If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded. You can change your choice at any time:
Your browser keeps your conversation with Xia for 24 hours, so it's still there if you change page, and remembers whether you prefer to sign in with a code or a password. Both stay on your device.
To answer your question or request, prepare quotes, set up your account, and work with you on samples, orders and delivery. Our team reads every assistant conversation, so we can follow up properly and improve the answers.

Service providers that run parts of this website for us: Netlify (hosting and storage), Anthropic (the AI model that writes Xia's replies, so your chat messages are sent to it to answer you), Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept it), and our email provider (sending and receiving email). They handle your details only to provide those services.
Because of this, your details may be stored or handled outside your own country, including in the United States.
Inquiries and conversations are kept for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting duties. One-time codes expire after 10 minutes; abuse-protection records after about an hour.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email general@skillfulprinting.com and we'll reply within the time the law in your country requires.
If you're in the European Union, the UK or California, you have these rights under the law that applies to you, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page and the date below.
